PHYSICAL HAZARDS Food safety
Hazards caused due to addition of any foreign object, that may be added
intentionally or unintentionally in the food, for example

CHEMICAL HAZARDS
Chemicals Hazards are caused due to any chemical which may be naturally
occurring, or process induced chemical substances that may cause food
borne illness.
Factors that may cause chemical hazards include-
(a) Chemical Food (b) Colorants
Additives (c) Insecticides
(d) Cleansing products (e) Food Equipment
and sanitizers Lubericant (f) Rodenticides
